The 2014 event is on March 22nd!

Get A Free Prom Dress and More!

This year Operation Glass Slipper will be held at the Stitch Factory on Saturday, March 22nd. Over 350 dresses were given away last year, FREE to area high school students. The only requirement is that the students showed a valid high school ID card.

As young women arrive, they will register with the volunteers while they are waiting in line. Once the young women enters the "store", there will be plenty of adult volunteers to help them find the perfect gown. Students may bring a single guest in with them if necessary but there is limited space so we ask that everyone leave as much possible space for our volunteers and students. Over 80 volunteers helped at last year's event. The donated gowns will be grouped in the "store" by size and color. This year, there will be over 1,500 gowns to choose from. After a gown is selected, the guests are able to select an accessory item (ex. purse, wrap, jewelry) while supplies last.

Any high school student is invited to attend. Please be sure to bring your valid school identification.
